In 1985, Trevor Pittman began gardening work in conjunction with working as a residency pianist evenings to be in the fresh air during the day.  This subsequently evolved to cleaning windows; evolving to painting and finally windows and window function.  From experience, painters seemed to skip over restoring function to windows, broken cords or windows that were stuck.
